panoramic view over the private pool. we found nice epico nearby with hot beverages. a mini fridge bar, heating and flat-screen tv were available in our superior bungalow.
-
Location was excellent, staff was friendly, views were delightful! Breakfast had a wide array of savoury food and drinks. We could see the beach from our window. Superior hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Beds were too hard.
-
Had a breathtaking view and breakfast was delightful. Ferry to spinalonga was adjacent to the property...
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
-
Simply everything, the service, the beach, the breakfast, the view of Spinalogga, the whole staff. Simply everything top. . Great hotel.
I just want to note that the upgrade to half board, which was in the confirmation email, is not correct. We didn't mind we wanted to try the taverns in the area anyway.
-
The complex is very suitable if you just want to have a relaxing holiday without worrying about anything. The offer covers everything - for the appropriate price, of course.
-
Great location. Very nice complex. Great beach. Everything very well maintained and very clean.
-
The staff is very helpful and very friendly! The breakfast has a wide choice and the restaurants in the resort are all TOP! I can only recommend it.
The water in the pool in our bungalow was too cold, even at noon when it was warmer outside. Unfortunately we could not enjoy it.
-
Beautiful facilities (combination of modern and country-specific design). Great rooms with infinity pools, but not all of them are heated.
No sandy beach. But that is a personal preference. But the stone beach was still nicely and cleverly made.
-
The location is exquisite with luxury and relaxation on tap. The beach is very private with swimming and watersports readily available
-
we like location & beach, sea was on 5 *, massages & stuff in spa was good as well.
Service very poor, nobody on arrival told us about brackfast area, or even facilities... lift to beach & restaraunts was terrible (hot without conditioner) and there is no other way... Spa was quite old & threadbare not for 5* hotel..
-
Excellent place ! Much better than Elounda best hotels. Staff very helpful and kind. Very good cuisine. Beautiful design, quality facilities. Despite size of ca 250 rooms you feel like in a boutique hotel. Worth to come.
Spa is rather dull: not to this hotel standard and undesftaffed.
-
It was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
The absence of sandy beach as well as the very windy weather was quite a disapointment - I think it should have been mentioned on hotel advertising and internet site. Private pool water were too cold to get into. The mattrasse, blanckets and pillows should have been of better qyuality (feders?) appropriate for such luxury hotel.
-
Plenty of space and very nice staff.
The funicular train, slow always had to wait. Greek restaurant. Very poor, worst meal I had in Greece the the three weeks this time.
-
Absolutely loved the location in Elounda, the five minute walk to the Plaka village, where we had some of the most beautiful and fresh fish meals ever. The layout of the Hotel was truly amazing and the choice of the 4 restaurants was excellent. Breakfast was the highlight of the day. Staff were so accommodating & helpful in every way, from checking in to housemaids this is certainly a 6star experience and would recommend it to anyone wanting a truly magical experience.

- Paid wifi. -We have been charged for items from minibar, which we did not consumed. Based on our objection this bill have been cancelled, but caused delay of the chech out
